Villarreal reject €25 million bid for Yeremy Pino

Villarreal have rejected a €25 million bid from Crystal Palace for Spanish winger Yeremy Pino.

The offer was turned down as Palace looks to secure an urgent replacement for Eberechi Eze, who is nearing a transfer to Arsenal.

Reports from England indicate that a deal for Eze to join Arsenal is close to completion, with the transfer fee believed to be around £67.5 million (€79 million), which includes a guaranteed £60 million plus add-ons.

This move will leave a significant void in Palace’s attacking lineup and has fuelled their search for a new player before the transfer window closes.

Palace has also been in talks with Leicester City for Moroccan midfielder Bilal El Khannouss. However, those discussions have slowed down in recent days, and the club is now exploring other options.

Pino, 22, is a highly rated talent from Villarreal’s academy. Last season, he made 34 appearances for the Yellow Submarine in La Liga, scoring four goals and providing 10 assists.
