Ramazani completes Valencia switch

Valencia have secured the services of Belgian winger Largie Ramazani, who joins the club on loan from Leeds United until the end of the season. The 24-year-old has completed his medicals and has now signed on as the latest addition to the Mestalla squad.

For Ramazani, this move marks a return to familiar territory. The winger spent three seasons in La Liga with Almería, where he was a constant feature in attack, making 128 appearances and contributing 22 goals and seven assists.

His experience in Spain’s top flight offers Valencia not only depth but also a player who already understands the demands of the league.

Manager Carlos Corberán has long been an admirer of Ramazani’s skillset. Speaking on the transfer, Corberán highlighted his pace and adaptability as key assets.

“He’s versatile; he can play on the right or the left. He has speed, can receive the ball with his feet, and depending on which side he plays, he can also run at space. He allows you to stretch the play and get in behind the opposing team,” the coach explained.

While administrative hurdles may prevent him from being registered in time for Valencia’s upcoming clash against Getafe, Ramazani is expected to join the squad’s training camp immediately. He will also be present at Mestalla tomorrow, beginning the process of settling into what the club hopes will be a revitalizing addition to their attack.

For a Valencia side still working to find consistency this season, Ramazani’s arrival could prove crucial.

His track record suggests he’s not just another squad player but someone capable of influencing games, especially when given the freedom to exploit space behind defenses. Whether he can quickly adapt to Corberán’s system and translate his Almería form into decisive contributions at Valencia will be one of the storylines to watch in the weeks ahead.
